Room capacity and Occupancy charge<\/strong><\/td>\nRoom capacity:<\/p>\n

  • Maximum 3 people in one room for the hotel rooms, Standard Studio Apartments and Superior 1-Bedroom Apartments.<\/li>\n
  • Maximum 4 people in one room for the 2-bedroom Apartments.<\/li>\n
  • Room rates in Proposals or Contracts are applicable for maximum 2 people in 1 room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Additional charge for the 3rd and 4th person will be applied as follows:<\/p>\n

    • Child age below 6 years old: Complimentary if sharing bed with adult.<\/li>\n
    • Child age from 6 until 11 years old: Additional charge VND 150,000net\/ child\/ night to be applied if sharing bed with adult.<\/li>\n
    • Adult age from 12 years old:
      \nAdditional charges VND 550,000net\/ night for triple occupancy with extra bed to be applied to Standard Studio Apartments, Superior 1-Bedroom Apartments and every hotel rooms (except Presidential Suite room and Grand Pearl Suite rooms).
      \nTo the Presidential Suite room, Grand Pearl Suite rooms and all 2-bedroom Apartments, additional charge VND 300,000net\/ person\/ night (without extra bed) to be applied.
      \nExtra bed fee (includes breakfast): VND 550,000net\/ bed\/ night
