| Reservation Guarantee | All room reservation is required to be guaranteed by credit card upon confirmation of booking. Kindly be advised that credit card details (Number, Name of card holder, card type, expiry date and CVC number) be provided at the time of reservation. All guest will be requested to establish credit upon check-in to the hotel to cover the incidental charges and room charges, will take a pre-authorization approval. All guests prefer to settle the bill by cash required to pay advance deposit upon check-in. |
| Modification on reservation | Only 72 hours prior to expected date of arrival is possible, beyond that modification is subject to availability. |
| Cancellation/No show | Any cancellation received after 4pm (local time) 1day prior to or no-show on the day of expected arrival will result in a 01(one) night charge plus all taxes for each cancelled/no show room and pick up services(if any). |
| Check-in/Check-out Time | Usual check-in time is 14.00 hours, and check-out at 12.00 noon. However, should you require to check in prior to 14.00 hours, you will be charged 50% of the rate mentioned above from 6.00 am to 14.00 hours, earlier than 6.00 a.m, you are requested to book from the previous night to ensure the room is available. Check-out time is 12.00 noon, late check-out till 18.00 hours 50% room charges will be applied and later than 18.00 hours, a night’s room charges will be applied. |
